The manufacturer states it is very efficient in alleviating rectal itching, rectal burning and swelling. Dosage
The recommended dosage for adults is: At first sign of symptoms 1 tablet underneath the tongue, or it can be dissolved completely by mouth, every ½ to 1 hour until symptoms lessen, then continue with standard dosage. Do not exceed 12 tablets in 24 hours. Standard dosage for adults: 3 times daily, taking 1 tablet every 4 to 6 hours.

In our research, we found that MediNatura did not provide a guarantee for this product. It did however provide one for other products in its manufacturing line.
Conclusion
MediNatura BHI Hemorrhoid is a decent product with decent ingredients. However, when it comes to hemorrhoid relief, settling for decent isn’t good enough. Especially when decent doesn’t offer a guarantee. Only a product worth believing in has a guarantee. Furthermore, customer reviews were not present on its website and the few we did find were not very positive. Most indicated that there was no indication as to whether this product really worked. We liked the fact that it is manufactured in the USA in an FDA-Good Manufacturing Practices-compliant facility. However, we would liked to have seen clinically proven ingredients like the ones featured in our #1 product. Homeopathic formulas are good for a holistic approach to wellbeing but are not scientifically proven to work. That is why we placed this product at the bottom of our list.
